Quality
WT Burnett operates an A2LA-accredited laboratory with a scope of accreditation in tests applicable to polyurethane foam. Our Specialty and Technical Foams and Nonwovens divisions have designed and implemented Quality Management Systems compliant with the international ISO 9001-2015 standard. Our Quality Control Laboratory has achieved and maintained ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
Process Control
From ideation to product launch, our research and development team partners with customers and suppliers to create innovative products. We manufacture polyurethane foam every day using a closed-loop process for total control. We test each lot for accreditation and certification, and can perform additional tests—physical, analytical, or acoustical—based on our customers’ needs.
